Remission (Requested Testimonies)
Bradycardia
. I also was feeling like my heart was fluttering and skipping a beat now and then! My oxygen seemed to be holding though even with such a slow heart. It was like this for 4 days so I got depressed and prayed some more. I rested a lot and made an appointment with the GP.

BP monitor & ContecMP10 Portable ECG monitor
I have a contec MP10 portable ECG monitor but while it records
Bradycardia
, VPB, tachycardia and says No abnormal it does not seem to specifically let you know if you are in PAF or AF.

Using your cell phone to check for aFib
Heart rate results
Your heart rate is slightly slower than normal (signs of
bradycardia
), it averages at 59 beats per minute. You indicated you were sitting before the measurement.
Suggestion
A slightly slowed heart rate after sitting may not be harmful.

Do i need a pacemaker? Diagnosed with bradycardia/arrhythmia.
Hi, i started suffering from
bradycardia
in April this year. 2 stays in hospital and lots of ecgs, monitors (cardiocall, halters etc), tilt test, angiogram (showed some mild myocardial bridging), exercise stress test and mri (i think that's everything!)

I have symptoms of
bradycardia
(low heart rate) and may have to have a REVEAL or pacemaker implant. I am afraid, and would like some reassurance about this procedure as it's under an a local A with sedation.

New here, seeing advice, regular slow heart
Hi Im Joe, from Glasgow, and Im 54 years old, diagnosed with
bradycardia
, and low blood pressure, around 2007. As a youth in my teens, I used to blackout a lot, and never knew why, it happened. Most times it happened, when I stood up after sitting down, and in church had collapsed a few times.

Hi all, I am 52 and I have started riding my bicycle a lot recently and have noticed that my resting heart rate is 42! I take statins for high cholesterol which is hereditary and is under control. Anybody else been checked for low pulse? TIA

Bradycardia shoukd I go to a& e
My symptoms, fainting in morning with very low pulse rates, 40's and 50's over last 2 weeks. Waiting for ecg 7 day monitor. Should I go to a&e to speed up referral to cardiologists. Doctors suggest I should call ambulance when I faint. I did on Thursday but it was 2 hour wait. I felt fine after an hour

Aortic Stenosis and Exercise
BP was 118/80 and my resting heart rate was 60 BPM with a normal sinus rhythm (Sinus
bradycardia
with normal intervals) As I now work in an office, I walk to walk everyday (2.5 miles each way) and get a minimum of 13,000 steps per day and try to be active as much as possible at the weekends.

Any advice would be welcome resting heart rate 38bpm
When I was in hospital last year for 11 days they monitored me every day and said I had
bradycardia
but back then it never went any lower than 48bpm. Should I be concerned or am I overthinking this?

Experience with elderly loved one and pacemaker
(She has the pacemaker due to
bradycardia
and syncope). Her heart would go as low as 35 beats a minute before the pacemaker and she was passing out.

Reducing Bisoprolol and swollen ankles
I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and have had pacemaker 25 years for ventricular
bradycardia
due to thickening of left ventricle. Do you think the reduction is causing the swelling? I feel so much better overall with the reduction. Many thanks

Pace Maker for Bradycardia with AF
I am told the pauses are
Bradycardia
, lasting up to 4 seconds and causing the faintness. My cardiologist has suggested putting in permanent pacing to overcome the
Bradycardia
. I will still have AF which I have reduced to two episodes in 30 days from 18 episodes in 30 days.
