Three heart condition Bradycardia, PVCs and Coronary artery spasms

Hello everyone

I have been diagnosed with

Three heart condition

Bradycardia, PVCs and Coronary artery spasms.

With little experience in my part,

And a complicated condition from the point view cardiologist in Saudi Arabia (where I live)

I was wondering if there is someone out there with same condition who can share their experiences.
