Stem Cell Additional Information

Hi

Just a question wondering has anyone had Stem Cell treatment in particular related to Heart Failure and do they know any results ??

I was just wondering if anyone has had a procedure as I am speaking to a Heart Failure Specialist on Monday. This week I have had an increase in Entresto to 49/51mg from 24/26mg to be taken twice day !!!

The reason for looking at Stem Cells and why I may be a candidate, I have a very clear history of an MI in 1982 and nothing again until 2015, when I had by pass surgery, followed by further stents in my LAD in 2018. I also have a total perfusion defect affecting 12 % of the myocardium which is non reversible. So my history is pretty well documented currently my EF is 42% low has been 27 % only symptom is Breathless. I do have Low Blood Pressure, and Bradycardia lowest between 22/33 bpm average 40 ish which may be due to Bisoprolol 10 and now dropped to 7.5 mg and Furosemide along with Isosorbide which the last two have been stopped now I am on 49/51mg Entresto.

My heart pacing is not to bad and a total of 9 % of heart beats are Ectopic ( ventricular ) For a 72 yo currently I am in Good Health, which seems to be a bit Contradictory when I read my heart defects lol so if the Cardiologist is up for any trials so am I.

Mentally I am quite strong and don't overly worry about Heart Attack or my Heart Failure even though I fully understand that HF is progressive.

will keep up to date on any progress.

regards
