On the up, hopefully
He has patches which is drying them a little, but they've made a decision to inject
botox
into his salivary glands, which doesn't sound pleasant, but if it works will be worth it I suppose. He is feeling better in himself and has more confidence, so fingers crossed.

The intensity shifts, but other than with
Botox
(didn’t work second time) and Ajovy (allergic reaction after 3 months when I sustained another brain injury) I have had no relief in the past 2.5 years. Has anyone out there suffered from this? Does it get better?

Interesting 24 hours
So pleased Ralph was listening what they were going to do.He's had a chilled day today, they're still deciding about the
botox
, the consultants are meeting with their big boss later today. They've all said it's the only thing holding him back, he's so strong with everything else.

Botox for dystonia
My neurologists injected my neck with Dysport which is a form of
Botox
. After a couple of days I could no longer hold my head up. I call my neurologist and she gave me some medication to help muscles contract. ( which is opposite of the
Botox
). Since then, I can do very little.

My doctor has tried triptans, steroids, all the gepants,
Botox
, Ajovy injections and nothing comes of it. Am I the only one to feel desperate with this? I am so low. What causes post concussion syndrome and why has meditation not worked?

Combining pregabalin and gabapentin
Also has anyone had any recent experience with
Botox
? My physio came up with a very positive research paper on it and apparently it's currently prescribed for spasticity. I've seen some old post but nothing recently :) Thank you!

Jaw muscles
Has anyone any experience on the success (or not) of
Botox
injections in the jaw to relax the muscles to then help with opening the mouth a bit wider? Thanks in advance Chris

CRGP injections side effects
In August I was given my first dose of
Botox
. As
Botox
is given in two doses, 3 months apart, I haven’t had the second dose yet, but the first dose doesn’t appear to be working. I think CRGP injections are going to be my only option if
Botox
doesn’t work.

I do have
Botox
& thankfully have been fine. I appreciate how fortunate I am, not to have any ongoing problems with Sarcs.

Not sure what to feel
Don't think they're going to do the
botox
as they don't think it will work. They will try putting in a smaller tube in the tracheotomy but not until Tuesday as of course it's a long bank holiday weekend.

Cervical Dystonia
I have tried
Botox
several times with mixed results. The first Dr gave me too much and i couldn't hold up my head for 5 months. The second Dr was very conservative and I did great for about 18 mo ths and then started having swallowing problems.

Going for my first
botox
treatment today. 🙏🍀🤞🍀🤞🍀🤞🙏. I know it usually takes more than one treatment to see results. I hope this is the right thing for me. This year has been miserable!

Our mum was recently diagnosed with CBD
Mum is also going to the
Botox
clinic in a couple of weeks to get some injections to help with closing eyes - she has previously had
botox
injections in her arm and shoulder with little effect.

Botox Day 1
After 3 years of suffering with Chronic Migraine, and 3 months of waiting for my
Botox
- I finally had my first appointment today. I definitely underestimated how painful it was going to be, but let’s hope the pain was worth it!

Struggling with Walking
Also, her neurologist does not want to provide
Botox
to her legs as feels that the risk outweighs the benefit as it could knock her off her feet both for walking and transferring.

Okay so far
So they're going to try to do an MRI tomorrow, but need to check if he has any metal ties in him first😨 If all goes to plan he'll have the
Botox
injection soon.
