I was diagnosed with cervical dystonia 4 years ago before getting my Parkinsons diagnosis . I tried multiple massages, acupuncture, PT and multiple drugs with little help. I have tried Botox several times with mixed results. The first Dr gave me too much and i couldn't hold up my head for 5 months. The second Dr was very conservative and I did great for about 18 mo ths and then started having swallowing problems. I have not had any fir 6 months and my neck keeps getting worse. Has anyone found a successful treatment?

Have you tried Dr Farias’ online dystonia recovery program?
No, how do I find that?
I had Botox on 14th Dec and I have really bad neck pain and I can’t lean my head forward as I can’t take the weight. Brushing my teeth I have to hold my head up and lean g down to pick something up is pretty difficult…is this normal
Thanks Gigi. Should I let them know. They have been upping my dose every three months as my head was still nodding.
