Borderline Personality Disorder
I've searched here on HealthUnlocked for a support community for
Borderline
Personality
Disorder
, and have been perplexed with why there isn't one. WHY??? Given the multitude of mental health issues you can find support for, it amazes me BPD isn't one of them.

My psychiatrist has recently raised the idea of reducing my medications for anxiety/depression/

Daughter struggling
She has recently been told she has
borderline
personality
disorder
and Bipolar too. We are currently really worried as the medication that she has been given seems to be making her worse and she feels like there will be no end to her feeling bad.

Warning: Misdiagnosis
I have come to find out that
Borderline
Personality
Disorder
in men has a lot of overlap with ADHD and is a common misdiagnosis. I wish I would have known that years ago, but maybe I can save someone a bit of time with this post.

OCD, BPD, Physical Disability, and Caregiver Hell
I've probably had
Borderline
Personality
Disorder
my entire life, I get intensely angry/rageful, I split, see things in black and white and am very sensitive. When I was 39 I broke my back, and even after surgery I am still disabled. But I have been denied disability 2 times.

No hope No Will No Motivation
I have
Borderline
Personality
Disorder
and I am codependent. I feel like I am stuck under a wave and I can't get out. I went to a four week outpatient program and it was a very bad experience. Noone cared because everyone else in the class was functioning. I stopped functioning.

Something's wrong with me, but i dont know what
I looked into
borderline
personality
disorder
for a while, then told my therapist about the fact that exhibit almost all of the symptoms, but he said i cant have it (apparently its only diagnosable in adults, of which i am not).

PIP……. Why you should persevere
You would think that diagnoses of PTSD,
Borderline
Personality
Disorder
, Anxiety Disorder, Hypothyroidism, ME/CFS that it would be accepted by the DWP that I am unwell. That some days I struggle to walk around my one bedroom bungalow, shower, eat, drink, feed myself. But no!

hello all. Not sure if anyone can see my post from last year but long story short my husband had his first manic episode in April of 2023 requiring me to 302 him. The worst possible experience of my life. He has since been much better and stabilized on medications and our life has been pretty joyous.

hallucinations
TRIGGER WARNING I had some really scary/traumatising hallucinations around my daughter after she was born. When I would look at her, her skin would look blue/purple in tone like she was not able to breath or dead. At the worst of it before I was given Olanzapine her eyes were going full black along

Feelings of disappointment
With having Lupus and a few other conditions, being on steroids and suffering from anxiety and depression, not having a job or voluntary job, I find that I just can’t stop feelings of disappointment from arising when ‘things go wrong’. People cancelling meet ups, people cancelling coming to your birthday

Myo-inositol dosage timing query
I've been taking myo-inositol for about a month and a half and I believe it has been helping but I'm wondering if I need to time my doses better. I'm taking this to help with PCOS symptoms and help get my weight down so I can get on the wait list for IVF. Someone had mentioned I needed to take it

worst place
I’m feeling paranoid and anxious. I’m not thinking right. I think it’s anxiety or depression. I feel overwhelmed and terribly afraid like the world is about to crash down on me. I’m alone.
