Vitamins before blood tests?

Hi everyone, thanks for your help on my first post. I have a couple of questions regarding vitamins before blood tests.

I currently take a multivitamin (I know that's not generally advised here - I think I'm going to get my vitamins tested and then work out what I plan to do), and a vitamin D spray. The spray and the B12 in the multivitamin are essential for me because I'm vegan. I'll be supplementing both indefinitely regardless of results (although if either was too high/low then I would try and adjust accordingly). I also have a B12 spray at home that I can take separately when necessary.

I will be stopping the multivitamin before my upcoming blood test because it contains 75mcg of biotin. My questions are as follows:

Can I still keep taking my vitamin D spray, as I will be taking it indefintely anyway? Should I be taking the B12 spray whilst I'm not having the multivitamin? Also, I saw a comment on someone else's post about potentially supplementing folate when coming off a B complex for a blood test. Would that be necessary for me? I think probably not, I have plenty of beans and veggies in my diet, but thought it best to check.

Lastly, I will have to take ivabradine on the morning of my test because I struggle with fainting otherwise. I normally also have squash with plenty of salt in first thing in the morning for the same reason, but I could likely stop that. Would either be an issue?

Thank you in advance.

So yes you can continue vitamin B12 and vitamin D up to the day before test
