iron clinic - transfusions
hello - has anyone accessed an iron transfusion via the Harley street iron clinic? Despite all my other iron readings being fine my ferritin level remains at 56 …. Cabazitaxel or Phase 1 drug trial
Never posted on here before but I have a dilemma? RP 2008, Bicalutimide 2008 until 2019, Enzalutamide 2019 - 2022, Zoladex 3 monthly implant 2019 ongoing. Phase 1 drug trial at Royal Marsden in London Jan 2023 - June 2023 (failed). Doxetaxel August 2023 - November 2023 - but gave up after 5 infusion

Hair loss.Thyroid normal on blood tests
I had thyroid cancer in 2015 ,i had a hemithyroidectomy , also hsve pernicious anaemia and fibromyalgia noth of which occurred after my thyroid operation.Since then my ENT has lowered my thyroxine to 25mcg last year and since then had wright gain and hair loss ,bald patches appearing. low b12 - When will this improve?
I have low B12 - 188 Iron Serum- 11 ( just under normal) Folate is 3.6 Iron serum 110 Vitamin D - 65 Went to doctor due to pins and needles in feet and hands and some fatigue, some headaches and waves of sadness . Suspected it was low Vitamin d or b12 as I had low b12 back in 2021 ( 101)

Hi all, I’m so confused… I was Diagnosed as sub clinical hyperthyroidism December 2022 then in may 2023 hyperthyroidism. Negative for Graves’ disease. Started carbimazole in July 2023 on 20mg per day, gradually reduced down to 5mg every other day and then stopped in February 2024. Consultant said
