Cabazitaxel or Phase 1 drug trial

Never posted on here before but I have a dilemma?

RP 2008, Bicalutimide 2008 until 2019, Enzalutamide 2019 - 2022, Zoladex 3 monthly implant 2019 ongoing. Phase 1 drug trial at Royal Marsden in London Jan 2023 - June 2023 (failed). Doxetaxel August 2023 - November 2023 - but gave up after 5 infusion as it was clearly not working.

My Oncologist at my local hospital recommends another Phase 1 trial at Royal Marsden. Royal Marsden recommends Cabazitaxel back at my local hospital. (I don't have the mutations for Oliparib).

Can anyone give me guidance please on which option to choose. This is the NHS in the UK so very limited other choices.

What is the Phase 1 trial at Royal Marsden?

Not sure. I go for a meeting there on 17th, this month to discuss what trial it will be.

No, I don't know until I meet with them again on the 17th this month.
