Please Help Me.
I was admitted to Hospital last week, they've asked me to do a Bowel
cancer
sample test (which I've done) During the
blood
tests they've found my Liver Enzymes are elevated. They've ordered a FibroScan and an Ultrasound. They also did a non invasion liver scan.

Anecdotal, but running could boost immunity
In the title essay a friend of the author is taking part in a clinical trial, having chemotherapy for pancreatic
cancer
. As you will know, Chemo destroys white
blood
cells which provide immunity, so you have to have a high enough count to continue with each session.

Scared of the Future.....
All of his bloodwork has come back ok, his platelets are a little high, but his iFOBT has come back positive and now I have convinced myself that he has either colon
cancer
or stomach
cancer
. 😭😭😭 The nurse said that the "
blood
found in the iFOBT was miniscule but she would pass it on to doctor regardless

Blood test results - high haemocrit, high Hb
Managed to get off some unhelpful antidepressants ( made me worse and took years to get off) and then had horrific stress as husband diagnosed with
cancer
. So my last
blood
test has come up with high haemocrit and haemoglobin and this has terrified me so much and cant stop thinking about it.

Should I go back on 1 or 2 mg prednisone due to fatigue?
I have had frequent
blood
tests and doctor visits and there is no recurrence of
cancer
. So I’m wondering should I go back on prednisone for a while. Maybe my adrenals have just never come back. I had them tested a year ago. They had not come back at all at that time.

Borderline TSH during cancer treatment
Should I let the GP drop my dose or tell them it's probably wonky because of all the drugs I'm taking and that I've got
blood
cancer
? I don't have diarrhoea or tremors or severe anxiety associated with being "over".

PSA at 0.285
I had my RP last January but the cancers had sneaked out to my lymph node already (no other met) so my PSA was always detectable. I started hormonal therapy last April and my PSA went down right away. It had been that way till this week ( PSA was up and down, the lowest was 0.02, usually was 0.05.).

Looking for Hope
My dad had his second Pluvicto treatment yesterday. His PSA is still rising. The doctor at University of Chicago is not happy with his bloodwork. He may try something else. Before Pluvicto he had Docetaxel and his PSA rose right after he stopped chemo. He also had target radiation that did nothing either

Triple therapy?
My husband was diagnosed in Feb. 2018 with oligo metastatic - 2 spots on spine and local lymph node involvement. Had radiation to the lymph nodes and was on Lupron and Casodex for 5 years. Went off treatment a year and three months ago. Cancer returned to one lung only - no Mets to bone or lymph

Liver cancer
finally got to talk to a very knowledgeable liver specialist having been trying to get some answers for months. He understood why I wanted to know and given some idea how long I can expect too live. He went into a lot of detail fully explaining all the scenarios, which is exactly what my wife and I wanted

The continuing saga of Scout and Coco, Not all change is welcome.
It is with sadness that I report that My "vacation" may come to an abrupt end . After cruising along with an Undetectable PSA for a little over 2+ years, my recent test results indicate a PSA of 0.03 and my Testosterone jumped from <7 to 13. The good news is my T is coming back but it looks like

Hello - my husband has aggressive gleason 9 prostate cancer. He had a prostatectomy in August 2015 but his psa remained high, suggesting it had already left the prostate.
