Topic of the Month: July - Getting the most out of Doctors' Appointments
• “At the height of my most recent flare in April, I developed really bad sores on my lips, 4 different kinds of rashes and
blisters
all over my body and also visible, swollen red inflammations in various joints. It was therefore easy to get photographic evidence.

Itching and Ursodiol
My hands & wrists are breaking out with little
blisters
and they itch like crazy. Has anyone had this happen...is it a reaction to more urso? I had no itching prior to taking this 3rd pill.

W5R1...and it's all about "the rain"....
Not crazy about running in it though...wet feet makes for
blisters
... Guess I'll have to make the best of it and re-arrange my schedule to run tomorrow. New week, new challenges, but that's all part of the "fun"...lol

Gp's focused on hypothyroidism instead of diagnosing gluten intolerance!!
If only they had done a biopsy on my
blisters
first and diagnosed this my thyroid would have remained free from attack. hopefully i can reduce antibodies of my thyroid now as well!

I should be getting better but after sweat, blisters & a stitch in the first 5 mins I'm wondering if i'll ever be any good at this?!
I'm feeling a bit disappointed with my recent progress as although I managed to run for 35 mins last run I only covered 4.5K. I find running for this time really, really difficult & can't imagine either running faster or for longer to reach the 5k goal. Also I'm a bright red, sweaty mess at the end of

Deviating from the programme slightly...
to be embarrassed when I do my Race for Life in July :D The only problem is, due to a combination of (fairly) new trainers (that give me a lot more support for my flat feet, but put a lot more pressure on the arches of my feet than they're used to) and the wet and muddy paths, I've developed bad

What next?
We are now 9 days after op and he thinks his count has crashed because he is showing signs of petechie and blood
blisters
in his mouth. We will go to hospital on Monday 21st to get checked. The big question is: what now?, what's next?, what if we can't get his counts above 5?

Oh, my garden, my garden!
I got 4 charlie horses, 2
blisters
and stiff, sore shoulders....but I did it! I'm not done, squash, tomatoes, radishes, red peppers. corn and who knows what! Probably brussel sprouts! Is it worth it? Yes it is. It has taken will power to face the pain but I delt with it when it came.

W4 R2 - note to self, heed your own advice and do not run on a sore foot!
Despite all this, and despite the many
blisters
caused by wearing silly shoes in this hot weather, and despite the fact that (although I waited until 8pm because I wanted it to rain) it was horrifically muggy and I felt like I couldn't breathe, I completed W4 R2 and loved it!

AHOY There Mateys!
The boating theme is already well afloat with the gallant doctor Martin Lee circumnavigating this island alone amid
blisters
and courage. But the shipwreck rescue I refer to was part of our staff Awayday this past Tuesday.

Is it normal to have numb feet?
hi there, I am repeating the first week (Didn't manage the first week properly as I got a lot of
blisters
with my new running shoes). My shoes don't rub anymore but my feet go really numb.
