Strictly Come Running
Had I anticipated so much dancing I might have worn my dancing shoes and avoided the
blisters
I now have on the insteps of both feet.

Vaginal herpes and anti viral tablets
Hi Very weird but I have what must be vaginal
blisters
which I think is herpes. I haven't had a sexual partner for over 15 years so cant understand it. Not sure if safe to have anti viral tablets with stage 4 cirrhosis and GP is not so up on liver. Anyone have an idea?

My
blisters
hurt, but I noticed a quarter way through my run, that they rubbed more so when walking, than when running, so that was good ๐ I do hope MarkyD agrees with my attire today, for what you can see in pic, haha.

Sacral Herpes, feeling so helpless and low
The constant itching and ugliness of the
blisters
keep reminding me what a horrible person I am. I just want to feel better about myself......

Wa-hey...I'm flying!...but not in a good way...
, glance back and spot the uneven bit of brick I tripped on, notice the blood
blisters
and bruising on the heel of my hands, freak out for a fraction of a second and decide to knock today's run on the head and so just walk home from that point instead.

So happy and no more
blisters
or sore knees. I guess the lack of heat helped?

Could this be Dermatitis herpetiformis please?
It said that it affects people who are gluten intolerant and have auto immune problems and that it is very itchy, causes
blisters
and occurs around the knees and elbows.

I am now the owner of two extremely painful
blisters
on the mounds between my 1st and 2nd toe, one which has already burst (tmi I know ). I am intending to start week 7 tomorrow. Any advice for running with
blisters
or should I just postpone my run? X

Wk6 run 1 epic fail ๐ช
I got
blisters
on my feet on the last run, the
blisters
hurt as did my legs (they always do) I ended up giving up half way through the 8 minute run..
blisters
hurt, and I felt so physically tired and overall I couldn't find it in me to keep running :-(. I've been running every other day since wk 1.

Ain't life a b..tch
It took 4.1/2 months to eventually clear the
blisters
away, nurses in every day for the first 3 months treating and dressing the
blisters
. Ladies, have you ever tried to keep dressings in place, down there???

To run or not to run?
So the other Friday I ran my longest distance (4mile) and gained some pretty hefty
blisters
on the inner sole part of both my feet (near the arch of my foot) I ran on them again Monday and did some serious damage to my feet, the
blisters
blowing up so big I couldn't walk/drive and had to go to the doctor

Hi all, I am gutted to say that I completely lost my motivation and am very upset with myself that I didn't carry this on after my experience was halted by some bloody
blisters
!! I think I set myself too high and unrealistic goals, and I know it's no excuse but life just got in the way!

Did it, did it, DID IT!!! 10.54km in 1:18:32!
No
blisters
to speak of either! I may have finally found a winning combination in Mizuno shoes, Hilly socks and piles of Vaseline on any problem areas just before the run.
