I did it on W9 R1

So I started Wk9R1 today which was a 30 minute run.

Not only did I finish but I managed to run a 5k in 29:44. So happy and no more blisters or sore knees.

I guess the lack of heat helped?

Well done - and good timings too. It was cooler today - and just a tiniest breeze, making for a lovely coastal run!

The cooler weather definitely made a difference.

I did the same run today. Just wondered what you will do after graduation, Will you use another app?

Well I am off to Hong Kong and then Australia for 3 weeks. Hoping to find the time to run when I am over there. I have been using the Nike running app so will use this for a bit to track my progress as I want to Improve my times. I need to get into the gym too to strengthen my body and get a bit bigger as I have lost weight that I didn't want to.

Might give the Bridge to 10k app a try.
