Hello Darryl, I have been enjoying some of the interviews you've done. Thank you very much. I was wondering if you would ever consider interviewing Thomas Seyfried. I have read some of his work and specifically his theory about cancer being a disease of the mitochondria. As far as I can tell, he

PSMA finally got approved by FDA. This is really a break through for detecting metastasis post prostatectomy when increasing PSA.

Has any experienced loss of libido after hysterectomy?
Hi I wanted to reach out and ask for clarity on my loss of libido. I had a full hysterectomy around 3 years ago, removed ovaries and at the same time I was prescribed citalopram and Tibilone. However since then my libido dramatically changed to not being interested in sex. I had to stop the Tibilone

Is bowel pressure causing urine leakage?
I had a period where I was constipated and strained a lot. Since then, although I don't have any main signs and symptoms of a prolapse, my bladder capacity seems to be affected. I can't hold the volume of urine that I used to, especially at night, and things are a lot worse if there is bowel content,

PSA from 0.15 to 2.42 in 12 months; but no metastasis?
Asking advice and thoughts on my situation. I'm 5 years post IMRT to prostate and pelvic LN in 2015. Original PCa diagnosis in 2012 with Gleason 9 (4+5), Stage 4 ('locally advanced', no mets). Three cycles of ADT (4-6 months each) from 2012-2016. From Aug 2019 to Aug 2020 PSA went from 0.15 to 2.42.

Repeating All Autonomic Studies as a Result of Out of Control Heart Rate and Labored Breathing - Any Thoughts?
I was in the ER today with a heart rate of 230 BPM. Breathing was labored. Everything checked out fine. My movement specialist has ordered full battery of autonomic tests to determine progression of my previously diagnosed autonomic neuropathy or MSA. Any thoughts?

Great news, I can stop taking Lupron
My Oncologist told me today that based on my latest PSA reading (0.01) and scan results, to hold off having my next Eligard shot next month to see what happens to my PSA level. Effectively active surveillance. It was music to my ears, he told me to go on vacation ππππ. 12 months ago I went to the

Any experience or knowledge of men's Liberty External Male Catheter by BioDerm?
My husband has urinary incontinence 24/7; wearing Depends; doing the basic Kegels. This follows blockages, 2-1/2 months Foley indwelling catheter & after removal total incontinence. Has anyone tried this device or know anything about it? Guess I'm clasping at straws.

OC that has spread to the pleura
So a recent ct scan shows that there are tumors on the pleura around my lungs. I have MPE (Malignant Pleura Effusions) and have for some time now. I am scheduled to start Alimta, but before I do, I'm exhausting surgical options as chemo doesn't work on me so well these days. I had a consult this

So this has been going on since my daughter was 7/8 months old and she's now 3 almost 4! She's constantly constipated, she will stand and scream in pain that she can't poo, it's made toilet training so hard and she's tried so many medications, she's now on movicol which helps but not much! I sit and

New cancer-fighting method leverages the mechanical force of T cells.
Immunotherapy is a promising weapon in the fight against cancer. It has proven to be much more effective than chemotherapy and radiotherapy in treatment of some cancers. The drawback is that it manages to cure only about 20% of patients; the remaining 80% do not respond to this kind of treatment. βBut
