Nerve pain
I’m using
Biofreeze
gel like anything. I really would like to know if there is a good cream out there? I’m desperate

I DID IT!!
I sat back and I gently massaged my legs with
biofreeze
, ooh lovely. I took my time going upstairs to get washed, went into my bedroom and sat on the bed again for a few minutes. I made my bed and put my cushions back on. Sat down again for a few moments. I got my clothes and got washed.

Tramadol and Restless Anything (Abdomen, Legs, All Over, etc)
I have put Vick’s Vaporub,
Biofreeze
, and Ben-gay on my abdomen to see if I can trick the symptoms to be concentrated elsewhere, but it didn’t work. I have tried a sublingual spray that is supposed to cause nerves in the abdomen to slow down but that didn’t work either.

Biofreeze
pain relief gel really helps with immediate pain relief great stuff. You can buy it off eBay. I've had a bad flare all week and found this helped more than anything you just roll it on where it hurts. Regards Janet

BIOFREEZE
on sale @ Groupon $27.99 for 3. I think it's about 30% off. They usually sell out quickly. I know a lot of people use this product

Opinions please :) .......
Hi there, I have had Rheumatoid arthritis for many years, and like others have been on different medication, currently I am on Benepali injections, which take the edge off but they don't last for very long, I have been looking/researching for other pain relief which might help and have discovered

OVER PNEUMONIA!!
My husband was putting
Biofreeze
(a solution for aches and spasms) on the tips of his fingers. Me: are your fingertips hurting? Him: no, they are very dry. Me: well, how about trying coconut oil on them; I don't think that will help.

Pain relief products that I've found helpful
Then again, I may be immune to these sort of things, since even
Biofreeze
and the other menthol based products don't seem to work... though it's strange because 1 out of 10 times I can feel the chill effect of
Biofreeze

The Ropinerole is still in the cupboard, some advice plse..
Sometimes I can shake it off with some exercises, ibroprufen and
biofreeze
but in the last 3 months it has got worse, and just getting continuous. I rarely get it in the daytime.

Am I just getting old?
I don't know if it's because I am 55 and getting older or my condition or the effects of my Hydroxy but I am getting terrible lower back pain to the point it's waking me constantly during the night and I have to
Biofreeze
on my back (it's a cooling ointment that's wonderful for joint pain but only available

Help I have bad knees. Rice, rice baby. Supports, tape and rock n roll. Dodgy knees and beyond.
My fave is a product called
biofreeze
gel. Heat - microwave heat packs are great (even better I make my own), there are also those air activating patches (the theramed ones are good) and then things like deep heat spray and gel.

B210K Week 1 Completed - But oh how I ache.. :)
Muscle aches and pains, out with the
Biofreeze
Gel and the cold patches for the thighs and knees again... It's a whole new world stepping up to double the distance.

Bitter disappointment!
Been having slight pain in my knee but have been rubbing
Biofreeze
into it and occasionally taking Naproxen. So looked forward to this morning, W1 R3.

Fed up :(
Could you use ibuprofen gel or a gel called
biofreeze
or deep heat on your ribs to help with the pain?? Sadly a lot of people dont realise that they dont need a steroid card for the inhalers also, and most GPs are unaware of it also.

Today mostly I will be having a..... stiff neck. Don't read whilst having tea or of a nervous disposition.
So hot shower,
biofreeze
spray (very good for painful joints and stiffness Cryotherapy you know. Thinking to myself it might be a good idea to spray myself all over, stick me in the deep freeze and then thaw me out when they have found an instant cure for RA! Something like just one injection.
