Biofreeze pain relief gel really helps with immediate pain relief great stuff. You can buy it off eBay. I've had a bad flare all week and found this helped more than anything you just roll it on where it hurts.

I always spray my ankles and knee with Deep Freeze spray you can get in Tesco. It helps get me out and about when my joints are stiff and means very little ouch!
