Excellent sleep aid
Hi gang. You all know the trouble I’ve had sleeping recently. Well last night I added two new elements to my routine: CBD oil and this product from a Canadian? firm called Comfort Linen . The sheets etc are designed to work together and I must say I was very impressed with the freeing up of my movements

Advice on Results Please
Hello, I've been trying to find my sweet spot since starting HRT and discovering I was undermedicated. I've just had my latest test results back although I keep having issues with the blood samples for Medichecks so some tests have been redone and other are missing. Anyone else have issues with this

how long do your glutening symptoms last?
But my guts now are nowhere near as good as they were before (I also have
bile
acid
malabsorption
so there are admittedly other factors at play - tho with meds and diet I'm 99% sure that is controlled). I'm needing to take immodium daily which I haven't done for years.

Hi all, first post here. I have been experiencing ongoing, worsening joint symptoms - soreness, stiffness, grating and grinding sensations, weakness, mild pain in various joints - outer elbow, base of thumbs, wrists, neck and knees. Asking a question on behalf of my Mum with regards to a hysterectomy. Ladies who have had it what did you keep?
My mum is 51 has always suffered with extremely heavy periods and as she has gotten older this has gotten significantly worse. After being put on iron tablets and tranexamic acid by the GP with not much relief she was referred to a gynaecologist. The gynaecologist examined her and said her uterus

Docosahexaenoic Acid Reverses Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition and Drug Resistance ...
New Chinese cell study [1]. Docosahexaenoic Acid [DHA] is one of the two marine omega-3 fatty acids that people seem to have become bored with. Are supplements good or bad? Why do the softgels have an "off" taste? Is the oil oxidized, rancid, etc."I like to get my DHA from fish. For breakfast I

Drug for post radiation fibrosis
Does anyone know anything about pentoxifylline, used to treat in post-radiation fibrosis, and it's affect in a patient with liver disease? I don't know why I'm even asking. It can't be OK? Pentoxifylline is supposed to increase blood supply and improve fibrosis. Or where to get more information? It

i have depression, suicidal ideation and I don't know what to do.
it took me two weeks to taper from lexapro to Cymbalta. I've now been on Cymbalta since 10.14.22 (2 weeks) at 60. I'm also on lithium. I have had very weird side effects. It was very hard for me to sleep. Sometimes 3 or 4 hours, sometimes up all night. We kept switching Cymbalta from day to night and

New diagnosis osteoporosis
Morning Everyone, I've just been notified I have osteoporosis after I mentioned to my GP Practice that I'd not had a scan for many years. I've been told about zoledronic acid which they want to give me. I thought my diet was quite good but she said its likely the long term RA, menopause, steroids over

should I be concerned about skincare products while pregnant?
I’m 11 weeks pregnant and have been using my usual skincare products. They are over the counter and geared towards acne so have salicylic acid. My doctor said to send a list of the ingredients which I did and she’s responded to say there’s evidence that they’re safe in pregnancy so to stop using

Interesting discussion on supplements from ZOE
Here is a podcast or transcript of it that others may find useful in deciding what to spend their precious pennies on after an expert discusses large, long range studies. For those who have neither the time nor the brain today, it was a thumbs up to a multivitamin, vitamin D (not large doses!), omega
