Supplements after EC

Hi all,

I've been taking co enzyme q10, omega 3, and pregnacare supplements. I had EC today and just wondering do I now stop taking the Co enzyme q10 and omega 3?? Or should I carry on until embryo transfer....or even keep taking them during the 2ww?

there’s no harm in continuing the supplements after EC but from the day of transfer stick to only the pregnacare. Best of luck xx

I just take pregnacare after egg collection as the egg growing part already done 🤗 and there’s enough other stuff we start to take 🤪 but I think it’s personal choice xx

Our consultant told us to stop the Coenzyme Q10 after egg collection because it was unnecessary but also potentially harmful. I continued with Vitamin D and all else but switched to pregnancy vitamins only after embryo transfer. Good luck!
