Shingles Vaccine
I have just been offered the Shingles Vaccine and have concerns about having it as it's alive vaccine as I understand people with APS should avoid live vaccines. Has anyone had this vaccine and was there any side effects .

Hair loss/thinning
Hi, I have definitely noticed my hair has really thinner. I have tried taking biotin, using biotin shampoo. I’ve noticed it’s mainly on the top of my head. What remedies if any has anyone tried. I welcome suggestions.

MTHFR new labs
I started treating myself for MTHFR, specifically a new symptom I had developed in early February, fatigue. I began taking 100 mcg methylated Folate and 2,500 mcg Methyl- B12 every day. I also started a liquid hair vitamin at the same time, which I discontinued a week prior to my blood tests due to

Do you continue taking B1 Thiamin HCL, High Dose Therapy (HDT)?
I’m wondering if HDT benefits after having had DBS surgery. What are you thoughts?

Struggling with my medication doses.
I was diagnosed as hypothyroid at 17, after no menstration for 18 months. By 18/19 I was stable on 75mcg with menstration returning. From 2012 - 2020 I had been put up to 125mcg. I have to admit that I hadn't been taking my medication very well (taking around 70% of doses) for a couple of years, and

Can anyone advise supplements to help with Hair loss and Thinning?
I have Hashimoto's and I'm losing my hair - no bald patches as yet but very thin on top and very brittle. It feels like a handfuls come out every time I comb it. I'm on 100mcg Levo, though this has just been increased from 75mcg in the last few days. I notice that Biotin seems to be recommended but

Stop biotin or all vits B before having tests?
I know this has been mentioned many times before, but just to make sure: is it only vitamin B7 (biotin) that you are supposed to stop a week before having tests, or all vits B? I am scheduled to go to the lab in the next couple of weeks and want to make sure nothing messes with my results this time..

Top of range bloods - but I don’t feel anything! What now? Is it Central Hypothyroidism?
I’ve been titrating Levo for over a year and I’m on 100mcg. My blood results from MMH show I’ve reached the top,but there’s no prize! TSH 0.01. (0.27-4.2) FT4. 24.9. (12-22) FT3. 6.5. (3.1-6.8) They wouldn’t do vitamins this time but I’ve been supplementing since my results

Am I losing my mind?
Hello, I had DBS surgery about 6 weeks ago. And I have so much anxiety and panic attacks throughout the day it’s unbearable. Is this psychosis? If so, how is it manageable?? My thyroid panel doesn’t show a hyperthyroid so I’m good there but I can’t seem to be able to control my anxiety. Everything sets
