I am not constipated, but abdomen is as tight as a drum with pain (6-7), Seems nothing helps, Have tried Bisacodyl, Miralax laxatives with no effect. Also have violent shake of L-Hand. Global neuropathy, Neuro has suggested DBS for shaking.
GI doctor has no suggestions for abdomen. I look like I am ready to deliver sextuplets. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Have you have had this a while. Have you have seen your primary care doctor? Your G I doctor does nothing? Has he examined you, have you had an xray? You say you are not constipated but the only drugs you mention are laxatives, Are you sure you are not constipated? If it is painful it could be leading to a bowel blockage. Just going on what you have written ( eg I dont know what other meds you are on) I think you need medical attention and sooner rather than latter.
See doctor but also eliminate gluten, sugar processed foods and cut back carbs and see if that helps . It could be a Candida overgrowth problem or some other infection.Have a look at this website.
I certainly hope your GI Dr has at least ruled out ascites that it's not visceral fat, and I presume he had examined you for any trapped liquid in the abdominal cavity and ran some scans and tests? gi.org/topics/ascites/
If your liver health isn't optimal historically, look into supplementing TUDCA, but you absolutely should get the issue properly diagnosed by another specialist if needed. If it's visceral fat, it'll come down to modifying your diet and exercise.
I had some degree of this happening. I cut out ALL gluten (buy gluten free products)and also cut down drastically on carbs in general- meals consist of a protein (fish, chicken) with veggies. Cut out most sugar. Also take a good probiotic.. drink lots of pure water-less fruit juices-and I hate to say, cut out wine/beer. Exercise daily- I like speed walking for 45 mins. Try this for 2-3weeks and see how your abdomen is..
