The B complex I'm getting is quite spenny because it doesn't last very long, has anyone found a cheaper one that works?

I used to use that for a while and found it to be expensive. I went on to Thorne Basic B and found it fine, that then went a bit expensive so I'm currently using Igennus Super B but if I can get Thorne again at a decent price I may go back to that.

Can I ask why your post title says "Biotin" when you're asking about B Complex? The two brands I've mentioned contain more Biotin at the recommended dose that yours.

You really have to study the ingredients in every single one of them. Personally I can recommend the capsules from here shopwellabs.com/collections... I can honestly say they are my favorite, but it took me a while to find this perfect fit for me, so you should definitely look for what matches your needs the best. Again, read through the entire list of ingredients.
