I've started ketamine therapy. Doctor said that I've to take 5-6 sessions for gaining results. I've finished 1st session. It was great. Nothing special. Had some hallucinations. Looking forward to things getting better....

Chronic Glutamate Toxicity in Neurodegenerative Diseases
It is established that glutamate exitotoxicity contributes to neurodegeneration in PD and other ND diseases. I am endeavoring to determine what we can do to minimize or stop this. quotes: Evidence for Glutamate Dysregulation and Excitotoxicity in Different Neurodegenerative Diseases Excitotoxicity

Anyone has taken Ketamine therapy??
My new doctor suggested about doing ketamine therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. He said that I have to know clearly about Ketamine therapy before taking it. I don't know anyone who I can ask about this. If anyone has done it, how was it? Can you elaborate your experience?

Ketamine and psychological therapy can help heavy drinkers abstain for longer, a new clinical trial shows
Although this is a liver site, alcohol abuse has long been the cause of many long-liver journeys for so many people. I have often referred to alcohol abuse as there being two types of drinkers. Firstly, there is the person who drinks because they want to. But secondly, there is the person who now has

Has anyone used Ketamine for PTSD, depression or anxiety?
My therapist had brought it up to me as a possible way to help with my diagnosis’s. She wasn’t too sure if it would be right for me because she isn’t trained in that, but suggested I look into it. Any feedback?

Help for victims of ketamine given as a post-op drug..?
Ketamine is routinely given as a drug to aid people in recovery after surgical operations. Most people, it seems, suffer no bad effects. Others, my wife among them, suffer terrible hallucinations and debilitating after-effects. She recently had to have two major emergency surgical op's and was given

Got the call on Friday
Hi all, I found this community last night and am so glad I did. I’ve been worrying all weekend having had a call from the GP nurse on Friday to tell me that I had low B12 and need to come in on Monday as a matter of urgency for injections. Although it took me having to pay for my bloods to be done privately

"A change in diet may reduce risk of lethal prostate cancer" Your thoughts on the study results below?
What do you all think of these findings, particularly regarding the foods listed? Some of them are known to be heathy, such as: fish, beans, nuts, pulses, spinach and beets! Also - What if you already have aggressive prostate cancer, then does eating the less lethal food, mentioned below, become less

I need some online guidance
Okay so I’m a 21 year old male, I’ve dealt with depression and anxiety through most of my life and it has basically ruined my adolescence. I’ve only gotten therapy recently this year and have been on antidepressants and currently on my 5th ketamine treatment. But I am just as depressed and suicidal as

Ketamine
Has anyone tried Ketamine for PD dyskinesia or depression associated with PD? There is a clinical trial opening in my area and I am trying to decide whether or not to participate. My dyskinesia is mild. Thanks!

I've been circumsized 3 days ago and my penis is still healing. Is the inflamed thing on the back of the head of the penis normal?
And after taking the bath, I pour a bit of
Betadine
in the wounds and use a cotton bud and Vaseline to reduce the sensitivity of my glans, after that I put on a new gauze. I wear very loose pants and skirts to avoid the clothes to touch my sensitive glans.
