Benzodiazepines Half Life
I would like to take a low dose clonazepam / Klonopin pill 0.25mg tonight, but the long half life freaks me out. I don’t want to be out of it tomorrow or the next day. Any advice?

A very blank mind and OCD
My medical treatment for my OCD has included antidepressants and
benzodiazepines
, with no illegal drugs neither alcohol consumption. However, my symptoms over the past few months are not related to my typical OCD symptoms.

The way I caught it was metabolic - I had taken some
benzodiazepines
. This was a year ago. The first two months I can’t remember a thing - I was in Cambodia, and spent 2 weeks in hospital. Then 4 months in the QE, then 6 months in a brain injury rehab.

How difficult have you found it trying to access psychiatrist?
My surgery referred me back to MH services regarding the tablets I'm on, my dependence on Benzodiazepine's and general mental health. I called the MH department myself on Friday and the lady I spoke with just said that from what she could see I'd been referred back to my GP with a recommendation regarding

Terrible anxiety about going on antidepressants
I have been prescribed to
benzodiazepines
for about a year at a low(ish) dose and it has been a fantastic tool to help overcome my anxiety and panic attacks and learn healthy coping mechanisms with a less-clouded mind.

No meds have really helped besides
benzodiazepines
and my doctor won't give them to me anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions for natural things that work?

But it said that paracetamol, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin and ibuprofen,
benzodiazepines

Stress
It drove me to a breakdown about 13 years ago; that’s when I became exposed to
benzodiazepines
. I’ve been off them for 12 years, but I think it’s left my nervous system ultra sensitive. The withdrawal was horrendous and protracted. I’ve never been the same since.

Back to benzos?
Years ago I stopped taking
benzodiazepines
because of the irritability it caused when it was time for my next dose, years later after anxiety getting in the way of life and work I'm asking myself Is it worth being addicted to
benzodiazepines
if it makes me feel like myself?

aren’t an option for me . I just started lexapro a couple days ago . If anyone has any experience to share with the best advice on coping and managing anxiety I’d love to hear it.
