I have tried sudocream, calamine lotion, witch Hazel, tea tree, eurax and finally doctors gave me some mentosoothe. My skin is crawling, I'm

Red patches on elbows caused by heart medication?
I’ve noticed a large red patch, slightly raised, on one elbow (outside) and a much less noticeable pinkish one on the other. I rubbed some witch hazel on it which seemed to have made it even redder. It doesn’t itch and might have been there for a few weeks without my noticing it When I googled for

What’s wrong with me?
I’ve never had GI issues before in my life. 3 months ago, almost overnight, I started having issues with bowel movements. I constantly feel like I have to poop, like my rectum is full. I strain and nothing usually comes out. What does is pretty soft, so it’s not constipation. My stool is… weird. It’

Technology and Drama
Howdy all. Hope all good with you fine folk. I didn't get to post an update yesterday as I had technical issues......... lucky for you all 😁. Last couple of days, I have managed to sleep through to 7-7.30am, hurrah! and the chest and back twinges (from the oesophageal irritation) seem to have passed

Residual bruises
Has anyone found anything to help the residual bruises (iron deposits under the skin) left on your forearms? I am currently down to 3 mg. Prednisone but the old bruises remain - will anything help them go away? I've tried Vitamin E, Arnica, and witch hazel to no avail. I think some of the bruises

Spontaneous bleeding on humira
I had an embarrassing moment at my Hairdresser's. I got what I thought to be a pimple on my nose a week ago-- it's healed up and just became just a bit of flat mark. I took the Humira shot today, went to go get my hair done but in the middle of speaking the spot, which looks just like a dark patch

Tampons for grade 1 bladder prolapse (cystocele)
Hi. I have never used tampons, I'm 46 but due to the prolapse would like to hear from anyone who successfully improves their symptoms with them. I just successfully used them (regular) for 3 days whilst on my period. I have read that super tampons are best. I've also read that taking a tampon out dry

Sitz Bath ingredients
Does anyone have a favourite oil or ingredient to add into their sitz bath? I looked it up on Google and there was a long list from Epsom salts to witch hazel. Does anyone have their favourite, if not for the sitz bath, for an ordinary bath (pardon the denigration 🤣). Lesley

Hello, I am posting this for a condition my wife has. She is 48 years old and about 5 years ago she started getting these spots on her face, After several visits to skin doctor and multiple tests we are still back to square one. About 6 months ago this sore broke out on her back and has not gotten better

Polyphenols - Inflammation.
Dietary phytochemicals popularly associated with health benefits often have a polyphenolic structure. Polyphenols invariably have an important protective role in plants - e.g. resveratrol, in the skin of red grapes, protects against fungal attack & damage caused by intense sunlight, while sulforaphane
