Aches and pains

Hi am not saying this is a reason for aches and pains but just something i discovered myself for me personally. Having thyroid disease or hashimotos which i have is obviously a autoimmune disorder. Unfortunatley for me i have 6 autoimmune conditions. Their symtoms all overlap which mainly consist and well documented that aching joints and muscle pain are part of the condition. All though i acknowledge vitamin and mineral deficiency can play a role in these symtoms i believe they are a symtom of the condition itself unfortunatley.
