Confused! Do I have to follow up everything from my consultant with my GP?
They then add that I should be on baby
aspirin
and my gp will have prescribed and be looking into other possible blood risk factors. None of this has happened with my gp. To be honest as well the letter I read from my consultant didn’t read like they were saying ‘give patient drugs’.

Sudden high pulse rate and dizziness
B/P and pulse are now within my normal range, but have been prescribed
aspirin
, bisoprolol and atorvastatin. Also throw into the mix are tension headaches ( which have been worse recently) and an enlarged and grumbling gallbladder which on the waiting list to be removed!!

20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid and thyroid dieases
So i read the following study https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/article/tjem1920/127/1/127_1_85/_article To summarise it basically says
aspirin
helps with thyroid hormone conversion. So what does
aspirin
do?

Morning medication
Hi all, Just wondered if anyone could give me a bit of advice here. I have been on Hydroxy & Asprin for 4 months now and my platelets seem to be doing well, consultants seems happy but as I take my meds in the morning at breakfast I then take a good few hours of feeling very out of sorts, bit unbalanced

If there's others please provide on the proviso it works at least 50%. Please no vitamins, homoeopathic treatment,

5th BFN - what next?
What I’ve done: - PGS tested embryo - ERA, ALICE, EMMA - prednisone - immune protocol - clexane and
aspirin
blood thinners - extra progesterone (prontogest) - thyroid medication - MTHFR gene - extra folate What else is there to try? A BFN hurts so much.

Aspirin intolerance
I also take the usual Pantoprazole, Nebivolol, Rosuvastatin and the
aspirin
. If anyone has had similar side effects I would be grateful to hear. I also take Dihydrocodeine for nerve pain, due to diabetes. Thanks as ever, Judi

Hydroxy or just aspirin for ET?
I have also read that a double dose of
aspirin
might be an alternative. Thoughts welcome, thank you.

The ‘prozole’ tablets
I am thinking of just trying the dispensable
aspirin
with my breakfast, in the hope that it will not cause any problems such as an ulcer. Please would you mind letting me know your thoughts, I do tolerate Clopidogrel . thanks always, Judi

Is it ok to miss some doses of meds
I just can’t take meds - normally ramipril, ivabradine, isosorbide mononitratw,
aspirin
, ranolaxine and lansoprazole - plus other meds for other issues. I know people can’t give medical advice but maybe experience of similar issues? Thank you

My Cataract Surgery (Laser) is in 2 weeks
Just wondering from those who have had cataract surgery and taking
aspirin
and blood thinners, were you told to stop these prior to surgery. Your input would be appreciated. Thanks so much!!

Red Skin Rash - Anyone Else ? - Meds ?
Hi, All, A few weeks ago I noticed a red rash on my back which disappears on pressure? I got to see a dermatologist who remains unsure and will monitor but his suspicion is a local eruption caused by my long term heart meds. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced similar ? I’m on Ramipril, Asprin

How do people balance exercise and rest?
I have started medications, Bisoprolol, Eplerenone, Atorvastatin, Ramipril, Ranolazine and
Aspirin
. I am due an Angiogram on 8th March. As I am still waiting for my Angiogram things haven't really been explained to me yet as I am presuming we are waiting for the results of this?

New Here - recent diagnoses FOLLOWUP POST
We spoke at length and it was decided I would not be placed on any medication at all, including
aspirin
until either my platelets cross the 1Mil threshold, or I reach advanced age. I was told that no BMB is needed either at this time.
