after a year on the waiting list I am now under the care of living with pain team. I’ve seen a physio and occupational therapist. I feel listened too and understood and finally getting some help to manage fibromyalgia and arthritis pain . Would highly recommend others to seek this option

I have developed a very painful knee - this happened before and it was put down to bursitis. The knee was aspirated and it took me the best part of a year to be able to walk normally - but never for as far as I used to walk. This began just before PMR - I think after the first vaccine. I am now on

64 year old woman with osteoarthritis and very overweight. Anyone else struggling with similar?
just started again after 2 years. Probably 4th go. Didn’t manage to keep on after last course and while doing full time sedentary office job. Just finished first week’s runs. Is it possible to feel a little bit better after such a short time? Doubt my ability to increase from 1 minute jogs/runs though

12 weeks on Adalimumab, lots of pain and fatigue. Feeling depressed.
Hi everyone, can anyone offer any words or comfort or advice please?I was told at the beginning that this would change my life. A few weeks back I visited rheumatology and I said that I was dissatisfied with the drug, they told me to give it longer. I feel so down.

Now that visiting is allowed in hospitals would it still considered very risky for myself to visit a relative in hospital. I have RA and on abatacept and methotrexate.

Has anyone got any experience in coming off Tocilizumab to start on Methotrexate?
I have been on Tocilizumab since August 2021 but the funding for this is being withdrawn. I have been off steroids now for over 2 months so without the Toci I have nothing to ward off any flare-up of GCA. Due to being relatively asymptomatic before diagnosis and losing sight in one eye very quickly rheumatology
