Does anyone else who suffers from psoriatic arthritis also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Asked the dr if this was a possibile cause and they hadn’t heard of it causing this.

I do not believe that the two are linked. My husband has had psoriasis since his youth, which gradually turned into psoriatic arthritis. So has my daughter.
Separately, he (along with many people over middle age in the western world) had raised blood pressure and raised cholesterol. My daughter does not as yet have raised blood pressure and cholesterol - but as she approaches her fifties I expect she will.
I'm not sure whether you mean that the hypertension and raised cholesterol are causing the psoriatic arthritis or the other way round.
Hypertension, fatty liver disease diabetes and fibromyalgia are often co-morbities of PSA.
I do have high blood pressure along with psoriasis which I’ve had since a baby
