Look into the autoimmune paleo diet (AIP). Dr. Sarah Ballantyne (The Paleo Mom), Phoenix Helix (Eileen Laird) and the Autoimmune Wellness websites are great places to start. I've learned that if I eat the wrong things for my body, I'm inflamed. I shed layers of inflammation by eating what works for my body. Inflammation drives disease. Less inflammation equals slower progression of disease. It's a challenge, but worth it! Good luck.
