Things that trigger and help my RLS
Triggers: Bananas, antihistamines (allergy meds), cheese is the worst, all dairy, anticholingerics (NyQuil, sleeping pills), melatonin, winter season, room is too hot, small amounts of alcohol, being dehydrated, leg workouts, ropinrole, naps!!
