Back on the Trails
After some bad chaffing from the Serpent Trail, I set off last week for a long training run for in preparation for the Great North Run in September (https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/catherine-fairlamb-greatnorthrun) for which I am raising money for the Brain Tumour Charity in memory of my aunt

Asthma stopped play
Well now I'm going to have to rearrange my week. This was supposed to be my short run outside.
Got up late (too many snooze buttons), but still in time to dog walk and run. Started getting a tight chest during the dog walk but no sneezing, but by the time I had fed the dogs it was obvious I wasn't

Second time of writing this. I don’t know what I do but I am forever losing my text. I even “selected all” just in case but forgot to copy!!!
Anyway, after my disastrous 2k run with no inhalers the other day I decided this would be different. So inhalers done ✅, nasal spray and antihistamine ✅ , well
