Anyone else have allergies along with Endo?
So as you can imagine, I am now on off the label
antihistamines
and strong steroid cream! They can’t give me oral steroids because of my risk of infection, and sepsis! Lol... What an interesting position to be in!

Am I wasting valuable rheumatologist time?
They were a little stumped as to what might be going on and the first suggestion was
antihistamines
and a wrist splint for a week and see what happens. I was just grateful for any suggestions! Unfortunately this didn’t work and a face to face appointment was made.

I'm currently taking Fostair 200/6 2 puffs twice a day and an additional 2 puffs as needed, Montelukast, Ventolin, a bunch of
antihistamines
(also carry Epi-Pens), steroid nasal spray (Nasonex) and will be starting Carbocisteine on Monday. I do daily nasal rinses as well.

Hive like rash (hot, raised and itchy) even when taking antihistamines!
Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone gets similar rashes to this? I only ever get it on my legs and arms. My doctors seem to have no idea what it is or what may be triggering it. Just curious to know if anyone else suffers with this!

Is FODMAP diet useful for RLS even if no digestive issues?
I realize most (if not all) of us with RLS need to avoid caffeine, sugar, gluten and
antihistamines
. I've read where some of us have found some relief by following the FODMAP diet, which is beneficial for those with any kind of inflammatory bowel disease.

Hello Everyone, My 16 year old daughter has suspected mast cell overactivity and has been trying out various
antihistamines
(H1) and has been on Famotidine (H2) for a week. So far Clarityn/loratadine has been the best.

Please help!
Medications (different asthma inhalers, mucolythics, Omeprazole,
antihistamines
, Clarythromecin, Prednisolone) don't help (anymore). When I use the nasal spray Fluticasone from the ENT-doc, then my lungs seem to tighten up even more.

Drug injection site reaction
Hi all, I started Kevzara/Sarilumab in May. I have to inject once a fortnight. First two injections went fine. Third one I got a bit of a reaction at the injection site... red, itchy (very!) area about 2 inches diameter. I just had my fourth dose this week and injection site is even worse this time

Sleep help
The only way I can fall asleep naturally is if I exhaust myself through physical exercise, otherwise I cycle through different sleep aids like melatonin and drowsy
antihistamines
or on many occasions, alcohol.
