Itching less but still take
antihistamines
. Bowels still awful. Holding weight steady no, lost 6lb to start with. The only side affect is sometimes find I'm gritting my teeth? Possible over medication symptom? Shall I reduce to 1 x 2 a day? Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I have been suffering with hayfever since Friday and took
antihistamines
today. Such a dry throat when jogging! Maybe I set too quick a pace? Not sure how fast I run on the road.

Itchy little spots after eating
Hi there, the last few weeks l have had small spots appear on my tummy and arms and back - not more than 10 altogether but they get very itchy and angry 20 minutes after eating. It is making me miserable and had normal blood test results. If l don't eat the spots are like dormant and don't bother me,

What to do about hayfever
My asthma has (thankfully) remained in control (I'm currently taking symbicort 200/6 2 puffs twice daily, ventolin before exercise and as needed and montelukast 10mg daily) My question is if I wanted to try
antihistamines
for what appears to be hayfever, is it normal to just buy them over the counter

daily antihistamines on top of existing asthma meds?
I suppose I'm just wondering if it's quite common to take daily
antihistamines
as well as the other stuff. (we have an appointment on 23rd but she wants this to start now) Thanks :)

Feeling low
Prescription
antihistamines
and nasal spray aren't enough by looks of it, so will have to order some of my homeopathic stuff which helped last year. Not sure if the allergies acting up could be affecting the endo?

Working as a Nanny with severe dust allergy and asthma. Should I change career??
So in order for me to work there I would need to dust and hoover twice per week and even then I am not sure if I can leave the
antihistamines
away. My asthma gets bad in dusty old houses. Our house has lots of carpets too and in order for me to sleep well I need
antihistamines
. What am I to do?

Total Thyroidectomy & Level 6 Lymphnode Clearance
Update from my last post 3 weeks ago. I had my surgery done 2 days ago. It all seem to have gone well. I was sent home after with Levothyroxine 150 micro and Adacal D3 (twice a day). I'm a bit worry after reading the different experiences some of the members had to endure after taking Levothyroxine

A year tomorrow
Unfortunately it did not get on top of it completely so two days ago whilst in the Supermarket I just thought I would speak to the Pharmacist about the
antihistamines
that can be taken 3-4 times a day instead of the one a day I have taken for many years now.

New findings of risks with meds popular with seniors
Drugs that fall into this class include tricyclic antidepressants,
antihistamines
, meds used to treat overactive bladders, and -- of special interest to me -- over-the-counter (OTC) sleep aids like the Tylenol PM that I used and abused for many years.

So now on
antihistamines
. When I was 16 I was diagnosed with IBS. I feel like my whole body is just irritated. I have trouble sleeping and staying asleep - either toilet trips, or woken from pain. Always seem tired no matter how many hours I do get. Had general blood tests and all okay too.

Antihistamines
don't seem to work so I wonder if certain food intolerance or lack of vitamins or minerals might be the problem. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Pete.

Somewhat belated introduction!
I probably should have introduced myself before posting about the woes of my asthma and commenting…sorry :) I am 17yo, biologically female but identify as male. Which kind of sucks but hey, that's life. I have 'hayfever', eczema and asthma (you would never have known that, would you?), and I suffer

Constant coughing
Has anyone got any tips on dealing with a constant dry cough? I've had a bit of an ordeal with my 9 year old son over the past two days. He has mild asthma, we've had sketchy advice about how to deal with it, one nurse suggested it might not even be asthma. He's on ventolin and clenil but we stopped
