I have A F also relax.
I found out that I have AT in Jan. 2020. I have times a few times a week that I am in AF. I bought a machine to take my NO and it tells me if I am in AT at that time. Watch my caffeine, don't drink alcohol not my thing. But you just love with it. I go on everyday do not worry or stress about it. I know

Agoraphobia coming back
Can't catch a break, well I can't fully say that, I had a ok year last year, but prior to that I was having SVT (supra ventricular tachycardia) that kept being misdiagnosed as panic attacks until I got a heart monitor. It was causing my anxiety. Then December 2018, I had a small clot lodge in my right

Join pain is it heart related
Hello. I was having left hand & left side face numbness two years prior to my heart attack (Dec 2019), but was told it’s some elbow nerve damage by a neurologist. Then it went away after a stent to LDA. Now almost a year later I’m having pain in left shoulder feeling heat on my left thumb , while cold

Cryoablation feedback after six months.
Hi, me again. Hopefully, these little ditties are helpful for someone out there! All was going well until a few weeks ago when I had two episodes of fast heart rate which required a pill in the pocket intervention to calm down. I took that after 15 mins and it worked after 15 minutes. Luckily although

Use of Warfarin or Direct Oral Anticoagulants and Risk of Prostate Cancer in PCBaSe
It's a big study: "Among 31,591 cases and 156,802 controls, there were 18,522 (9.8%) warfarin and 4,455 (2.4%) DOAC {direct oral
anticoagulants
} users." "Warfarin ever-use was associated with {8%} reduced risk of PCa overall ... as were both past and current use.

Update on Jim Nov. 2020
Jim had labs, CT, and a bone scan on Monday. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. Labs good 😊 except for PSA-Up to 49.6. 🙁 Bone scan and CT showed decrease in uptake in lesions of the ribs, pelvis, and lower thoracic vertebra 😊 and new uptake in multiple upper thoracic vertebra. 🙁 CT showed that

Many thanks
Unfortunately, as far as alternatives are concerned, after 18 months of not being able to exercise properly because of the breathlessness, I'm now too heavy for the DOAC type of
anticoagulants
. Before being diagnosed and put on that stuff, I cycled about 50 miles a week as a minimum.

Cider vinegar
Hi, everyone, quick question please. I ache everywhere and I do believe I may have gout. So I'm trying to cut down my uric acid levels and one of the things I've read on the topic is the benefit of regularly taking Apple Cider vinegar (apparently 'with mother' is important!) not just for gout but

Follow up after 3 chemicals. Need your opinion and suggestions
Last time I posted here that I am having a chemical pregnancy after our first FET (previous 2 fresh transfers). It was confirmed by my clinic that indeed I had a chemical after 2 beta tests. We are having a follow up tomorrow via video call but in the meantime they sent me a list with the tests that

Blood thinners
When is was trying to write my post yesterday I included the phrase Blood Thinners. Thanks to a member called Bob I removed my post as his response was way too abrupt and I need my confidence building, not knocking. I know blood thinners don't thin the blood (it's just a commonly used phrase), just

Blood thinners and herbal tablets
Hi just looking for some advice-hope everyone is okay. I have suspected endo, currently on blood thinners for a blood clot I got caused by the pill which I was given to help endo symptoms. I used to take a herbal tablet called agnus castus last year to help with anxiety and I think it may work for

ANTICOAGULANTS - HOW LONG ARE PEOPLE ON THEM AFTER STENTS
I have been on
anticoagulants
since I had my stent put in last year in July. Since then I have only see the cardiologist once because of the Covid. The prescription comes to an end in October. I am very pleased with that as I hate them. The make me feel quite ill.

Pulmonary embolism
I have two large blood clots, one in each lung, pulmonary embolism. I was in hospital for two days and had heparin injections. I have not seen a doctor since. My blood pressure tablets were stopped. I was on blood thinners following a stroke but these have been changed. I feel I should be getting clot

Blood thinner meds causing unbearable PMR swelling and pain
Diagnosed with PMR after back surgery 2.5 years ago. Also had deep vein thrombosis, and again after hip replacement a year ago. Tried Xarelto and Eliquis and both caused intolerable pain and immobility within two days. Had to stay in rehab for 3 weeks after hip surgery to force myself to stay on warfarin

One week ago I ended up in hospital with a clot in my lung. I’ve been put on blood thinners and will be on these for 6 months. Can anyone tell me if they are left feeling very tired and weak, and if so how long does this last for. I am also extremely breathless, I do have copd and bronciectasis and seem

Clexane
Has anyone started Clexane from day 2 of cycle and had a successful pregnancy? I have Antiphospholipid syndrome but none of the symptoms. I have had two miscarriages and 3 unsuccessful rounds of ivf. My question is should I start clexane so early on? Most people seem to start it from transfer day. My
