This journey is so tough...
Starting cycle 2 25th September and I'm terrified of failure again. It's costing so much which is added stress. I'm so scared it'll fail again. I'm literally on every supplement under the sun... My ova, inofolic, dhea, high strength vitamin D and c, folic acid, pregnacare, coq10, omega 3. Due to start

AMH levels for IVF!
Hi ladies I am on day 3 of stims and I’ve just had my AMH Level come back. 36.2 PMOL/L Would you say this is good for getting plenty of eggs for IVF? What we’re all your levels? :)

Thoughts on IVF success?
Just read an old post on here which suggests ladies who have first time success usually don't have problems themselves and is much more likely to lie with the guys. Started to get me worried. My OH has 2 children from his marriage then had a vasectomy. He has since had it reversed which has been successful

Arginine Deprivation Therapy for PC
12 days ago, there was an interesting thread about Nitric-Oxide-Donating NSAIDs, which touched on Arginine. Apparently, some members take arginine supplements. I want to share what I’ve read online about arginine, and why I now avoid it. But first, full disclosure – I rarely post. I have no scientific

Help! Long vs short protocol
I have a question please. I did long protocol first cycle (took an eternity) and I got 18 eggs but developed OHSS and had to stop treatment. This time I'm doing short protocol on the clinics advice and I'm really scared ill get less eggs. Anyone know if this is likely due to short stims? So scared

Baseline scan done 👍🏻
Baseline scan done. Not many follicles for my age (36) but ok for my AMH. 7 in total. Menopur jab done tonight, all ok! I’m rattling around from the number of supplements I’ve taken 🤦🏼♀️. Protein shake done, and currently warming my ovaries with a hot water bottle...we must be mad! 🤣 Good luck everyone

My story of hope (sensitive)
I have been meaning to post an update for a while as I have been a member of this forum for over two years and the support and understanding I have received along with some of the friends I’ve made have literally kept me sane when I’ve been under the covers sobbing (again) dealing with the pain of infertility

SENSITIVE 19 Week scan. Hope for ladies with low AMH !
Hello ladies just a quick post from me with an update from my anomaly scan this week. Today I’m 19+4 with a healthy baby boy 🥰 At the beginning of my cycle in April my AMH was 2.3 and I only have 3 follicles left. I had short protocol low dose stims. I only had 2 eggs collected. One of those eggs is

Fertilisation fail
I’m a 34 yo currently undergoing my 5th round of IVF. We’ve got 4 PGS tested embryos on ice, and I’ve had one unsuccessful transfer of a 3 day embryo on my first round and subsequently changed our approach to an embryo banking one after a sudden change in my AMH (at last test it was 3.4). For all rounds

3rd failed ICSI round, where to next?
Hi guys, I’m hoping some of you can help me figure out what to do next? Just had our 3rd round of ICSI fail. Before we have our follow up at the clinic I thought I’d see what your thoughts are. So far investigations have only shown low morphology (0-4%) and average dna fragmentation. We’ve got good

Salt question ...
Hi All - I have NRH, and do everything I can to help my liver ...I don't drink, avoid NSAIDs, I exercise a lot, I'm a healthy weight and I eat clean. Actually my diet is almost completely single ingredient foods - the only two things I eat with any added salt are bread (2 slices a day) and mayonnaise

Low AMH of 3...heartbroken
Hi. So I had my HSG today which went well and tubes were clear. However, I also got the results of my blood tests and my AMH came back as 3 which is really low. I'm devastated and worried for the future now. We are being referred for IVF. Consultant said there is still hope but I'm really not feeling

Nitric-Oxide-Donating NSAIDs.
New study below [1]. Seems an age since I last read about nitric-oxide-donating NSAIDs & a possible anti-cancer effect. First: is anyone using one? From a 2005 paper on a nitric-oxide-donating aspirin [2]: "Nitric-oxide-donating aspirin (NO-ASA), consisting of ASA (aspirin) plus an -ONO2 moiety linked

Started taking DHEA and when to take ubiquinol and Co Q10?
Hi all, I haven't been on here for a while. Been trying to sort some headspace after 2 chemical pregnancies earlier this year after IVF and an FET. We have now changed clinics and so are looking forward to a fresh start. I have low AMH levels so my consultant has recommended taking DHEA for 3 months
