Can follicles get too big?

I have really low AMH (3.6) so am on max dosage of Menopur, and had my day 10 scan today (Thurs). Considering I had 0 AFC when I started I think I'm making good progress as I now have:

Left- 21.7, 15.1, 19.6, 10.2, 15.4, 11mm

Right- 13.3, 8.5, 16.6, 8.8mm

Egg collection has provisionally been scheduled for Monday, with one more scan before that on Saturday. I'm sure I have read that follicles can get too big and then can't be collected, so now I'm worried as I already have a 21mm and a 19mm and egg collection is still 4 days away, could I lose them?

Would really appreciate others experiences/advice.

Hey hun. Don't worry with my 2nd round I had one follicle at 28 and luckily by ec was still there. Your numbers look very good. Best if luck hun xxx

Your number definitely look good. I think that it is possible for some to be too big and you then lose them but you have lots at a really good size.

I’d say don’t worry but I know it’s not possible.

Don’t panic, they still have room to grow a bit and might steady off. I get my best eggs from my largest follicles so stay positive. I had a lot over 24 😁👍
