Baseline scan done. Not many follicles for my age (36) but ok for my AMH. 7 in total. Menopur jab done tonight, all ok! I’m rattling around from the number of supplements I’ve taken 🤦🏼‍♀️. Protein shake done, and currently warming my ovaries with a hot water bottle...we must be mad! 🤣

225iu at the moment. They keep saying quality not quantity...
