Long or short protocol
Hi ladies Firstly, sorry for my naivety… We signed up yesterday and now have our IVF dates in the diary for Jan/Feb. The consultant has suggested a short protocol due to my young age, low AMH and risk of over stimulation. I can see that short typically takes less time, but I can only really find the

Does this sound like a stomach ulcer?
Hello, about 6 weeks ago I suddenly had pain in my upper middle abdomen, that radiated to the back and sides and built over a few hours. Eventually I was vomiting bile and this continued for 2 days. As I’d been taking NSAIDS fairly regularly over the past year my doctor recommend I start a PPI medication

**Sensitive** birth -low AMH/AFC & average graded embryo
Hi everyone I just wanted to share the wonderful news that our boy Harlan was born a healthy 3.035kg @ 36 weeks 5 days on the 25th Sep after what seemed to be a failure of our second round of IVF. After our only NHS round resulted in a BFN (fresh transfer) we embarked on a 3 cycle package. Our first

Low AMH clinic
I'm about to start my second round, if this doesn't work I'll be looking into changing clinics. Does anyone with low amh and has had success, have any clinics in London/abroad they could recommend? I would appreciate it if you could private message me please!

Feeling really down, low AMH 1.3 - just about to start 2nd round
Hey, So I’m just about to start my second full cycle of IVF and my AMH results are in at 1.3 which is way lower than I was expecting. I’m 35 😞 Last round I was on 225 menopur and managed to get 10 eggs, (4 blasts) sadly none worked. This time the consultant is upping my stims to 450 (I think he said

Natural IVF?
We are starting to look at the next steps, I'm wondering if a natural IVF cycle might be the better option for us. First cycle 3 eggs, 1 5day blast transfer =BFN The second cycle only one egg collected 3-day transfer = BFN. I have very low AMH (I don't have the figure to hand but I think the last test

Cancelled cycle
I've just had my second cycle cancelled due to poor response- I have very low amh. If anyone else has experienced this how long after stopping injections did it take to have a withdrawal bleed? I feel horribly bloated. Thanks

Low AMH and IUI or IVF?
Hi everyone. I have had my AMH and AFC tested. My AMH is 3.9 pml I and AFC- 5 follicles( is it too low ) . My doctor kept on saying that naturally would be better for me and it's possible to get pregnant naturally as my uterine cavity, lining and shape are perfect for pregnancy. He said why I want

Retest of AMH results and in need of some positivity/advice
Hi ladies When attending our first NHS consultation a couple of weeks ago, I had lots of bloods taken for more tests including a retest of my AMH, and I had an internal scan. We’d not had a good experience with the private fertility clinic for our MOTs and turns out they also missed that my ovaries

Bleeding- day 8 of stims
Hi Looking for a bit of advice. This is my second round of ivf. I have very low amh and am on a flare protocol - prostap injection on CD 3 followed by 10-12 days of Ovaleap. I'm a poor responder but last time had 2 follicles, got 1 egg. Transferred a 4aa blast but didn't stick. Had my first scan on

In a flap!
Hi Everyone. Apologies for this post, I’m just in a bit of a flap. Back in July I was told I’d need to go through IVF. Tests done, it’s all on me, diminished ovarian reserve, FSH on the hi side and AMH on the low side @ 4.1. I’m just about to turn 40. So now I’m just sat waiting for the first appointment
