Long survivors with ADT + Xtandi (Enzulatamide)
5 years after RPE and RT my PSA is rising again. I am advised to start ADT + Xtandi. Who are longest still on this combination without getting castration resistant?

Is Xtandi Failing?
Background: Diagnosis in Jan/2020, PSA 577, Gleason 9, mets to lymph nodes and bones Started Firmagon immediately as well as chemo, 6 cycles of Docetaxel. Followed this by radiation to the prostate. PSA dropped pretty quick and eventually into the teens and single digits, lowest was 4.5 back in January

PSMA scan with PSA < 0.20?
Has anyone had a PSMA scan before PSA reached 0.20? If so, were any tumors detected?

PSMA - how is this?
Click link for animated video: https://ibb.co/vP7p8XH My recent PSMA is shown with 4 images in order. Right-click image, open in new tab to zoom in. What do you see? Does this look bad news to you or of serious concern? Would you suggest RP, radiation, or AS? My urologist seems to have taken this PSMA

8/4/2023 Update
To review, after 19 months on Lupron, Zytiga, prednisone, PSA increased on 1/23 to 0.253, then 0.309 on 2/21. Plarify scan showed only one active site in hip which was radiated. 4/4 PSA dropped to 0.24 which indicated the lesion was knocked out and I would be hormone sensitive and stay on Zytiga. Yea

CEA Fluctuations
My husband has just completed his 3rd cycle of Carboplatin and Etoposide for prostate cancer liver mets. Before the first cycle his CEA was 38 (should be <5) This number is being used as baseline. After 1st cycle it was 30.3 but after his 2nd cycle it rose to 32.7. Is it normal for CEA to fluctuate

Abiraterone - alternatives
Only 3 months after completing 6 rounds of Docetaxel my husband was put on Abi as his onco felt the chemo had been unsuccessful. However the onco is now saying he will pull him off the Abi as his PSA has doubled for the each of the 2 months he’s been on it. In the UK once you’ve been on Abi for 3 months

Asking for a friend.
A friend of mine has a good friend that has been DX with a Gleason score 3+3 =6. Don’t know his PSA number. I told my friend that guys in my PC support group with a Gleason score of 6 have been on active surveillance for years. Anyone riding that boat with some info I can pass along. The guy is scared
