5 years after RPE and RT my PSA is rising again. I am advised to start ADT + Xtandi. Who are longest still on this combination without getting castration resistant?

Hello,
I was five years on Xtandi (enzalutamide) before switching to Zytiga (abiraterone) plus Prednisone as part of a clinical trial. My PSA continues to be quite low so I am not castrate resistant yet.
Hey
I am seven years on intermittent ADT. Currently I am three years into my 2nd vacation and undetectable and monitor carefully - so for me it feels like a lot of options out there to keep the beast in check.
What is your intermittent protocol consist of. Thanks and wish you a nice evening. Blessings! Chaplain J
Hey. I am currently on three years since last treatment. Watch Psa carefully and if it moves to detectable I will get scans etc. this vacation was following treatments after a previous vacation where PSA increased got a scan radiation on the creatures and ADP. Make sense
good morning. I’ve been on this treatment now since I finished chemo in 12/16. Almost 7 years on xtandi Psa is 0.05 and has stayed there since finishing chemo. Hope this helps. Good luck warrior 🙏🙏
Just passed 3 years on Xtandi and ADT. Good luck.
Everyone responds differently to medications. I was on Casodex for 5 years, zytiga for 3.5 years, and xtandi for 4 years.
I was never offered Xtandi until PCa went CR. They wouldn't even consider Xtandi until I reached that milestone.
17 months in, and I'm undetectable, but feel like carp!
Tired all the time and my cognition is certainly down dramatically.
Have you tried lowering dosage to the minimum effective one instead of the maximum tolerable. User "Stoneartist" is doing that.
Could you switch to Darolutamide? Does not penetrate the Blood Brain Barrier, side effects much lighter than with Enza
I’ve been on ADT And Xtandi now for almost 8 years, Mets all over. PSA after chemo. 0.05
