Fatty liver and diet
I talked to my primary after my diagnosis. And he told me that it could be reversed. The minute I got my diagnosis I stopped all sugar, beer, processed food Etc starting to walk and be more active. I don't see any reason why if you can lose fat around your middle you can't lose fat on your liver. I will

Link Between Antacids and Parkinson's Disease?

Acid reflux and anxiety
I'm not really taking anything because I just don't feel like taking melox or any
antacids
. I just heard it's bad to take some every day. Do you think it has do do with me being more anxious than previous days ???

Ongoing throat discomfort worse with exercise
My GP put me on very strong
antacids
which didn’t help. I am probably in total denial but I wondered if there could be a different cause unrelated to my heart. My GP is now convinced it’s angina but I am not so sure. It is now occurring at rest. Has anyone else had similar symptoms? Thanks Liz

Mothers, who'd have them!
My mum won't take painkiller ,antihistamine, cough medicine, antacid or any over the counter treatment when ill , the most she will take is a mint if she has discomfort. When she was bringing us up she never wanted to make a fuss about herself and dedicated her life to us and caring for Dad, until he

Help please...
Hello, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I need help. The past 6 years or since I was like 12, I'm 18 now. I have been having trouble with eating. I did not tell my parents about it until I was like 15 because I was Self conscious about my body and my weight. Since I told them,

Day 7 of Citalopram
I'm on day 7 of Citalopram. Most of the side affects haven't been too bad, but since I started taking it, my Acid Reflux has gotten worse. It's waking me up in the middle of the night and causing panic attacks. I had an endoscopy a couple weeks ago and the results came back normal. The doctor says

Ventricular Ectopic Beats - Possible short term relief
I am 63 and have suffered this terrible condition for 47 years, climaxing with 23,000 recorded ectopics in a single day. I am absolutely sure from my own experience that there is a relationship between my stomach and my cardiac rhythm. When I eat my heart rate rockets but my wife's does not. When my

Cured from IBS-like diarrhea after Prednisone. Gastroenterologist doesn't think so.
Hello. I suffer from IBS-like diarrhea. A few years back, I went to the doctor for something unrelated to my digestion and was prescribed Prednisone among other meds. Within 2 days of starting the meds, my IBS-like diarrhea disappeared. I was essentially cured. So I went back to eating Mexican food,

Levo - a different beat.
An added bonus is; there is some evidence that, unlike the tablet form, it is not affected by
antacids
. There are probably different names in different countries... Tirocint, is one. In France it is called, TCAPS.

Always afraid of dying
I’ve been laying with a heating pad, took
antacids
, and tried everything. Of course I think I’m dying and I google everything. The internet says this is a normal side effect of a period. So that should comfort me right? Nope. I automatically think I’m going to get Sepsis and die. Why?
