However in Middle School I felt like I had no control over any aspect of my life/incapable no matter how hard I tried (and I feel like I really did try hard but failed every time), I turned to

. I finally had one thing I could control and it made me feel good.

Anyone realize undiagnosed ADHD may have been the problem your entire life? Were you conditioned to not even question anything was "wrong"?

its a subconsious compromise where ill focus on redirecting unhealthy coping mechanisms, all of which function as some form of self harm, just to swap them with micro versions of the original action. like instead of c*tting i dig holes into my skin under the guise of grooming. instead of indulging in

I posted this in a bulimia and
anorexia
forum, but no one is hardly active so I thought i'd post here b/c the people in this community are always so sweet and give good feedback and I could kinda use it.

My
anorexia
is getting a lot better. I've started eating again, and still losing weight but in a healthy way. However I always feel hungry.

Eating disorder treatment
While she was talking to them, she found out multiple things over the few weeks they have been in communication; A) I am in a sort of grey area and I have tendencies of both
anorexia
and bulimia, but I don't have either. There isn't a term for this, so they just call it an eating disorder.

ok so i know i'm not a girl but young woman
something my mum didn't think possible. i'm grateful for this and to have more children in the future i realise eating for them is vital. so i put on hold my thoughts and feelings until my body is mine again. this means no marriage until i'm happy with the way i look and i've finished having children.

New to low carbs high fat programme
I think that was the beginning of my eating disorders: restrictive
anorexia
, mainly, in combination with some binge eating. However, I have never developed behaviour patterns which are associated with bulimia.

Food Intake Suggestions
I am recovering from multiple eating disorders called
anorexia
and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. I am an adult now and have issues finding what to eat. Do you have any suggestions for someone who is extremely picky and has Neophobia.

I was diagnosed with
anorexia
over a year ago. It took me over 5 months to gain back the weight but the only reason I was able to was because I gave up. Not quite sure but the thing that caused much stress to me years prior turned into what I reached for in times of stress-food.

Anyone know anything about "Eating Recovery Center"
I guess most eating clinics only deal with
anorexia
or bulimia, which I do not have. If you have ever dealt with this place, let me know what you think of it.
