Hey all first time posting just looking for some help and advice. I have suffered with gad for as long as I can remember and have tried numerous different medications to help. I got started on paroxetine yesterday and it caused a full blown anxiety attack with severe nausea and stomach cramps. I also get given short doses of diazepam 1 doesn’t work so I have to take 2 but find I’m pretty much knocked out. I’ve heard major horror stories from people taking paroxetine in regards to weight gain I’ve also got anorexia and then the issues with coming off the meds they’re self. I’m at a loss as to what to do to relieve these issues😔
