Advice please? Low mood
Hi there, I'm back again, my latest results but doc didn't seem to test t3 for some reason. My T4 and Tsh seems to be back in range but just regarding my vitamins levels, I've screen shot below if you could have a look, Doctor said my B12 is ok and report never highlighted it as being an issue, not sure

please I don’t understand please explain why my T3 dropped
November 2021 on thyroxine 100mcg not T3 T4 23 T3 3.5 May 2022 T4 19 T3 2.2 medication the same one is higher t4 but the difference of 19 to 23 is not a lot but a huge gap from 2.2 to 3.5 is it as simple as I had more thyroxine so it raised the T3 ? Now present day I am now on 30mcg

How Vitamin D & the B vitamins can influence your sleep and beyond.
This is a fascinating interview and goes very deep into the link between vitamin D and the B vitamins and their effects on sleep and far beyond. Dr Stasha has done incredible work and I hope you'll enjoy it.Now, the second interview will require open mindedness and once you watched it you'll understand

I have experienced worsening hair loss since last year
Hello, I started levothyroxine in February, for what appears to be (central hypothyroidism) After starting Liothyronine in 2017 my previously thin hair started to grow back. Then I ran out of the Liothyronine that a friend gave me to try & raise my basal metabolic rate & very low temperature, & so I

B-12 is Low (398), Folate is High, HCY is 55.6, uMMA is 1.7 , vitamin D and C and Magnesium are Low, all B vitamins are low.
Why is the GP not taking my labs seriously, I've been taking methylcobalamin tablets for a year and just began 5-MTHF because of Folate Deficiency found in my DNA, GP declined to do a MMA Blood serum test, I have been allergic to milk and beef since birth, peanuts followed with life threatening allergies

Dad's bloods - endo appointment this afternoon
Hi all My dad went to see a private endo at start of September. He increased his Levo from 100mcg to 100/125 on alternative days. His most recent bloods have shown that his TSH has reduced from 0.9 to 0.34 but his T4 hasn't changed it's actually gone done slightly from 16 to 15.3. He's also on 5mg

Hi everyone, Wondering if anyone could help my decipher my results again? For context, I am 41 and trying to conceive. These are follow up tests to the ones I had in September (which I will attach in a separate post). I took the advice from this forum following those results and have been supplementing

Vitamin B complex
Good morning lovely people. Quick question, can anyone recommend a good Vit B complex for my sister? She can’t swallow the Thorne brand. I know the powder tastes absolutely vile. Are Igennus Super B complex recommended? Thanking you 🙏

Looking for some private (no doctor) blood tests
Has anyone ever had the following tests done either with private blood draw or finger-prick testing? I'd like to get all 8 B vitamins tested. They are listed in this link : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B_vitamins Obviously I'd prefer them to be done as a bundle rather than individually. Testing individual

Omega 3 supplements- increased risk of cardiovascular disease?
I recently read on a Grassroots Health newsletter that recent research has shown that B vitamins don’t work well without omega 3. (I can’t be more specific than ‘don’t work well ‘and I’m not sure there was a reference - but I’ll find a screenshot. I take a B complex So I started supplementing with omega

Lost, confused, worried - trying to conceive and thyroid/lining/progesterone issues
Looking for some help/guidance/support. Apologies in advance for the long post. My husband and I, both 31 and healthy, have been trying to conceive for a year now with no success. We've both had a number of tests and through my own reading and persistent private re-testing have identified my thyroid

Going for a blood test at 4pm, do I take/not take my levothyroxine?
Hi, Hope everyone is doing well. I am going for my blood test which I think is going to be late-evening (awaiting confirmation). I have heard in previous forums to stop B-vitamins for 1 week (due to Biotin interfering with results) which I can do. I had wanted to ask on the day of the blood test
