Fortified foods and blood tests

Is it necessary to avoid foods fortified with B vitamins a week before blood tests. I know supplements containing biotin must be avoided but am not sure if the same applies to fortified foods eg cereals?

Thank you

It's only biotin (B7) that needs to be avoided. I imagine the amount in cereal etc is minimal. However, do check the pack and if it contains anything like 400mcg or more of B7 then treat as B Complex and don't have any for 3 days.

400mcg per serving I should have said :)
