SAH & BLEED INTO SPINE
She has prescribed
Amitriptyline
for me and so now I can stop taking the Dihydracodein painkillers. I shall drop dead a junkie at this rate!! So my question is has anyone experienced the same as me?

Getting a Diagnosis
I take Gabapentin,
Amitriptyline
, they help a bit. I am going back to the doctors on Friday and seeing someone else in the practice who I hope can help. I am fortunate that my new neighbour is great, she has similar health issues so we help each other.

I am very interested to know as it is now 6 years gone and my pain is constant, even my
Amitriptyline
, Tramadol & Paracetamol are not helping me to sleep and this is causing my SLE to flare.

amitriptyline
......I feel like I'm loosing my marbles as at the moment I'm really struggling with my memory and talking,

GP appointment
My blood pressure was taken and thats ok, the gp suggested reducing my meds as Im on
amitriptyline
and that causes many side effects, but Im not sure about this. He asked me to go for a blood test to check various things. He reassured me that there isnt anything else that can be wrong with me.

Sickness policy
I was diagnosed with RA four years ago, luckily for me the diagnosis was early on and after going through a myriad of treatments, it is sort of under control with Hydroxychloroquine, Lefluonomide, Naproxen and
Amitriptyline
. Also lots of rest and a wonderfully supportive husband.

I have been put on Gabapentin 300mg caps and I can have max 2 a day in three days, Citalopram two times a day,
Amitriptyline
10mg before bed and then cocodamol on top. I work at Sky and I just wondered about these meds with me driving too and from work and will they make me drousy in work.

Pain in Low Back, Buttocks, Legs, and Feet
I am on Oxycontin ER, morphine ER and IR,
amitriptyline
, baclofen, and duloxitine. The MRI's say I have a little arthritis, moderate L4-5 lateral recess stenosis, maybe a tiny tear there, a bone spur on my tailbone, but nothing that makes them stand back in shock.

My GP prescribed
Amitriptyline
and gave me a leaflet telling me there is no cure and he doesn't know why or how I got to this point. To tell I felt heart broken would be an understatement.

Migraine medication - topiramate
Hello, I am wondering if anyone has any advice on tablets - I am currently on
amitriptyline
for migraine. I was on Candesartan before but came off that due to it no longer being effective. They are now discussing putting me on propranolol or topiramate. Has anyone used these before?
