Alpha-lipoic acid
Hi! Has anyone on here used a Alpha-lipoic acid supplement, to help remove heavy metals from the body? If so . . . Did you see good results? . . . And if the results were good, can anyone recommend a brand and where they got it from? Thank you, Tracy

shortness of breath subsequent to zoledronic acid infusion
Because of GI problems, bisphosphonate tablets are not an option for me, so I have gone down the infusion path. I have chronic ear ache in one ear - seeing private consultant soon- audiologist thinks may be bones problem. Have takes AA for 5 years. Saw on Google could damage ears like jaw - believe should not take before and after extraction. It’s rare - should I stop AA for now - scans showed bone density borderline

A Miracle
Hi Everyone, It's been a while and I pray that everyone is one step closer to healing. I'm back to share good news and hopefully offer a glimpse of hope to others. My husband has recovered from PMR! This community was so helpful, encouraging and supportive that I had to come back and share. Moreover

Immune suppression caused by Urso
Hi all, I only recently learned that Urso has suppressive effects on the immune system. One research paper I read, and there are others, lists the effects - apologies for scientific jargon! Urso suppresses the production of immunoglobulins IgA, IgG and IgM (although IgM is generally chronically raised

To Big Tow Arthritis
I have mild arthritis in my foot. I use Wiley's Wild Alaskan Fish oil 2300 MG, half a teaspoon daily and have no foot pain. If I forget it for a few days the pain returns. It's good for the heart and brain as high Omega 3. Apparently its stronger than other fish oils. Hope it helps.

With aggravated osteoporosis my partner has been offered the choice of monthly doses of Bonviva or a six monthly injection. Which would be most effective to mitigate the osteoporosis while remaining compatible with an AF/pacemaker regime that includes Amias, Sotalol, Furosemide, and Apixaban?.
