New Diagnosis
My consultant retired a couple of months ago and today I had my first consultation with my new consultant who studied my biopsy results, examined my non-existent eyebrows and my scalp before telling me that I don't have Systemic Lupus Erythematosus but instead have Frontal Fibrosing
Alopecia
(FFA).

Can someone help me with the kelp dosing?
Can someone show me what a dose of sea kelp powder ( Hebridean sea kelp) looks like that is equivalent to 60 mcg of levothyroxine on a teaspoon? Can you recommend me some good kelp supporting nutrients that help the thyroid utilize it? In addition, can you recommend me something that helps remove the

Update on thinning hair
I saw my GP to once again ask why my hair is thinning considerably and to ask for my latest blood results. He pulled out hair from two places and looked for the hair bulb at the end to see if my hair was dying He came to the conclusion that as my results were 'top end of good'? the Levothyroxine I am

Hair has been thinning for 9 months but is growing...but I also saw a bald patch :/
During those months...it thinned slowly which made me think okay this androgenetic
alopecia
...because its thinning slowly and not coming out all at once , nor do I have patches. Also, my hair would not grow at all...which is another reason I chalked it up to Androgenetic
alopecia
.

Acupuncture for Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia
I was diagnosed with frontal Fibrosing
Alopecia
last august '16 (35 yr old man). I had gone to a dermatologist because my eyebrows and beard had been falling out. He then looked at my hair line and noticed little red marks at the hair roots.
