Thanks for info about biotin and thyroid tests

Can't find the original post but wanted to thank those who posted about biotin interfering with thyroid tests. I've been on T4 for over 20 years and additionally T3 for a couple of years & NO ONE ever mentioned this to me. Should be interesting to see what my results are after my tests tomorrow. My brother has thyroid issues as well, so i passed this info along.

The discovery is fairly recent and is only relevant if biotin is used in one of the assays.
