Changing Route
Hello all...I only discovered this forum recently so this is my first post. I've reached Week 8 of C25k, which has a 23 stone man has not been an easy task. I've really enjoyed running over these past couple of months and it's something I want to continue post-C25k. So far I've been doing laps around

Anyone else like me?
Hi all....I am very frustrated at the moment due to a mixture of problems wondering if they are connected. Many yrs ago my thyroid was very low...my mum and brother take meds for this. After 18months of reg test and border line results they never packed up so was dismissed from specialist. Yrs later

Yesterday on 2 occasions my left leg had an acute pain episode, like it was being stabbed ( not that I know what that is like

Lung function
Hi All,I went for my lung function tests and spirometry for the 1st time in 2yrs yesterday and it was a safe environment at my local hospital and my lungs have not changed output since 2014 so I am happy ๐ that they have not deteriorated in 6yrs.

I am the great pretender
i am the great pretender that i'm doing fine, but in reality i am not coping well, and i think the last 20 months has aged me by at least 10 years. I worry about everything,i panic,i'm afraid, and yet i always put on this brave persona that everything is well, and i hate to allow any weakness,it is not in

Truly Stabilse
The longer you are on a specific dose is better to truly stabilize thyroid. If you feel terrible on that dose could you begin to feel better after the said six week point for testing bloods and increase or decrease of dose. Thus not needing change in dose at all.I think looking back that has what has happened
